A croquembouche or "piece montee" is a traditional French Wedding Cake, made from filled choux buns held together with caramel in an impressive pyramid.

A very popular choice if there is a French connection within your wedding party and equally popular with couples looking for an unusual yet elegant alternative to the traditional wedding cake.

We can also assemble the choux buns on a hollow cone inside which you can keep "for show" and provide addtional choux buns for your caterers to serve.

This cake works well in two or three tier and makes a simple yet striking centrepiece.
