Lakeland Plum Bread
Local speciality. A lightly spiced fruit bread. "Plum" in the name coming from the traditional description for dried fruit. It does not in fact contain plums but currants, raisins and sultanas.

Other bakers have their version of a Plum Bread but we guarantee that you will not find one as good as this, a really special product.

Serve toasted with butter, as sandwiches or just as it comes.

Florentines
Our giant Florentines are made with almonds and dried fruit which are mixed into a delicious toffee before being coated with Belgian milk or plain chocolate.
A biscuit like confectionery but be warned these are addictive!

Finest Fruit Cake
A rich, dark English Fruit Cake made to our own recipe and baking methods. The very high fruit content. The ingredients, mixing and slow bake method produce a moist cake with a buttery flavour.

Our Finest Fruit is available in a wide range of sizes ranging from an individual slice to an enormous 15 Kg slab.
